Clean & Simple Wedding Styling for the Minimalist Bride

One of the main things I love about have a natural light studio is all the projects I can do in there- a clean palette to set up anything we can think of. When Dorotheea of Kamea Events reached out to me to do a minimalistic bridal inspo shoot, I was totally in. Even more so since she was taking care of all the styling and vendors. I love putting together teams and having the control but sometimes it's so nice to have someone who thrives and loves styling, take control.

In a place where we are bombarded by social media to the fullest, busy lives and so forth, Dorotheea wanted to highlight a more simple approach and I was all for it. All the vendors that were part of this amazing shoot brought their A- game for an amazing minimal concept. The whole day was relaxed and focused on the beauty of simplicity.

"We chose to highlight this story by using a clean colour palette of mostly light cool tones: green, grey, white. The tablescape consisted of organic ceramic placements and linens accented by fresh sprigs of greenery and minimal blooms. Our peaceful bride wore a simple pantsuit with natural hair and makeup. We wanted to emphasise the importance of a “no frills” wedding." - Dorotheea
